If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of your purchase, and subject to the following criteria (& our return policy), we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.
Our products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible, using state-of-the-art printing equipment. Our products are durable and should be long-lasting when looked after.
STEEP ASCENT takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- 10% difference in garment colours.
- 10% difference in design colours, placement & size.
- User-selected options such as product type or size.
- Garment shrinkage or print damage in the wash (when washing or care instructions are not followed).
- Courier / postal delivery timeframes.
Garment colours are represented as accurately as possible by the product image or colour boxes below the image.
Clients must ensure that the product, size, colour, quantity and shipping address are correct before payment is made.
