Returns Policy

What can be returned:

  • Faulty items or faulty prints.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
     

What cannot be returned:

  • Items with evidence of wear.
  • Change of mind, shipping, or supplier delays
  • Errors in user-selected options (product, address)
  • Errors made by our couriers/postal services.
  • After 14 days of your order being received.
     

Please ensure you have selected the correct product; type, size, color, quantity, and shipping address. Once an order has been placed using our online system, it's immediately added to our production queue, and we cannot edit or cancel it.  PLEASE NOTE: sizing measurements online are within +/- 2cm, anything outside of this allowance is considered faulty.

Please retain your tracking number to track your parcel delivery. If your product does not arrive, please contact the courier/delivery company and provide your tracking number for assistance. 

We work hard to provide quality products for our customers, however, if you're unhappy with the product you receive, please follow these instructions:

Email us at (new email coming soon), and include;

  • The date of your purchase.
  • Your order number.
  • What you would like returned.
  • Why you would like to return it.
  • A photo highlighting the fault/damage.

    Once we have received this email, we will organise a replacement/refund for you if the order meets our Returns Policy. We will also notify you if the product needs to be returned to our supplier.


Delivery Timeframes

The nature of print is that processing, production, and postage timeframes can vary, though we do our best to ensure the quickest turnaround on each order. 

For long-lasting print wear, remember to wash according to these instructions:

  • Cold machine wash.
  • Gentle cycle.
  • No harsh chemicals like bleach or softeners.
  • Wash inside-out.
  • Wash with similar colors.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Dry in shade.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron over the printed area.
  • Iron only on the reverse side if you have to.

STEEP ASCENT takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • 10% difference in print colors & size.
  • 10% difference in the garment colors.
  • Errors in user-selected options (product, address).
  • Garment shrinkage or print damage in the wash (when washing / care instructions are not followed).
  • Courier / postal delivery timeframes.
